a little finish

I have lots of WIPs stacked all over the place demanding my attention.  And I truly want to work on them.

So naturally I started something new.

something that could be finished in an afternoon

and made entirely from scraps

from this tutorial

similar to, yet different from, the one I made here {I love how the same pattern can be changed so much by fabric selection}

I'm linking up to Crazy Mom Quilts, Sew & Tell Friday &
Haveagreatweekend everyone!
PS - my spacebarisstill driving me nuts!
PPS - did you notice my blogiversary slipping by last month? yeah, I didn't either. I don't think it's too late to celebrate, doyou? {maybe by fixing my spacebar. haha}  Hmmm, I'llget back to you on this one, ok?  :)

Oh my, you crack me up. It's exactly what I did this week - started a new project rather than finish an old one! But it's lovely and it's finished and that's what counts.

Love your basket, sometimes I think we just need to start and finish a project quickly to keep motivated. Well, that is my excuse anyway! Hope your spacebar learns who is boss soon :)

Sweet basket...my favorite colors too.
so what is it that makes us just have to stop everything and make a little project?
I think it is the need to have something finished. so yeah drop all the projects in progress and make a little something!

Happy sewing

Such a cute little tote/basket! Blue is one of my very favorite colors, so naturally I love your fabrics, especially that sweet little print you used for the lining. It is perfect!

Also, I love that it is your mission in life to liberate your stash and make it into something beautiful!

Thank you so much for linking up!
